Olga Hartšuk

Olga Hartšuk is a Tallinn-based film professional with experience in the industry since 2010. She is holding a position of Producer at Nafta Films, a Pan-Baltic independent production company, where she contributes to award-winning projects such as "Dawn of War", "The Melchior the Apothecary" (trilogy), "Totally Boss" (winner of the 2023 Just Film Award at PÖFF), and "Cohabitants" (IDFA 2024). At Nafta Films, Olga primarily focuses on international service productions for long formats.

Olga is a member of the Professional Association of Green Consultants Film & TV and the founder of Baltic Green Film, a sustainability initiative working to build a greener audiovisual sector in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The platform supports the industry with training, knowledge-sharing, and expert networking, helping productions adopt sustainable practices locally. With a background in quality and environmental management, Olga brings practical solutions to set sustainability and is focused on strengthening the region’s production infrastructure.

Olga holds a Master of Science degree from TalTech and is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in European Film Business and Law at the Erich Pommer Institute, in collaboration with Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and the University of Potsdam. Her dedication to professional growth is further evidenced by specialized training in: ACE & Erich Pommer Institute’s “Sane & Sensible: Conscious Producing & Leadership” (2024); EAVE’s “AI Skills Boost” (2024); BAFTA Albert “Sustainability Workshop: Feature Film Production” certification (2025).

Before joining Nafta Films, Olga worked for over a decade, delivering successful TV documentaries and studio shows, including globally recognized formats.

She is a member of the European Women's Audiovisual Network and the Estonian Filmmakers Union.
