Morana Ikic Komljenovic

Morana is a seasoned producer and author with over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Her career highlights include her debut film "Naked Soul", which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2001, and the recent international production “The Golden Thread" by Nishtha Jain, awarded best international film in India in 2024 at the Mumbai Film Festival.

For about 10 years, she led a distinguished documentary production company - Fade In and gained international experience as a co-producer and acquisition manager at Taskovski Films in London. In 20218 she founded Little Red Dot, focusing on international co-productions, project financing and development, and educational initiatives aimed at empowering filmmakers in the field of sustainability.

She collaborates with Creative Europe Desk - MEDIA Croatia Office, the Croatian Audiovisual Center, and Eurimages. She is a member of the EAVE expert network and an active member of the Board of Directors of the Filmmakers Association of Croatia, serving as president of the Production Branch. She teaches courses at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. 

Passionate and strongly committed to sustainability through policy-making initiatives, Morana is a member of the Sustainability Working Group at Eurimages, a trainee of the ALBERT BAFTA program (with APFI) and the GREEN FILM Lab program, and an advocate of sustainability, inclusion, and diversity. She is a certified auditor for ISO 14001:2015.
