Helen Lõhmus

Helen Lõhmus is an Estonian multi-platform producer, creative director, and production designer serving both domestic and international productions and clients.

Starting her career in television in 2004 and finding her voice through medium of television, film, commercials, and other forms of digital media has been her passion.

She served as a production manager and production & costume designer for Walt Disney Russia for a high school drama POSLE SHKOLY (After School) dir. Oleg and Vladimir Presnyakov. Lõhmus served as a producer and production & costume designer for the Lao-France-Estonia co-production of Dearest Sister, dir. Mattie Do. The film was an Academy Award nominee for Laos in 2017.

Her work is committed to the belief that to be relevant in today’s fragmented and complex media landscapes, storytellers need new, inspiring ways to connect with audiences. This has given her work always an edge in this ever-shifting media meeting space, relying on the telling and creating stories that go beyond.
