Dr Niall O'Leary

As a Research Fellow in Entrepreneurship at the Hincks Centre for Entrepreneurship Excellence, Munster Technological University Cork, I specialize in analyzing the key factors driving success in entrepreneurship and research. My previous academic roles include lecturing in farm management at Lincoln University, New Zealand, and a postdoctoral position focusing on technology and innovation in agriculture at Teagasc, the Irish food and agriculture authority. My doctoral research at the University of Reading investigated the impact of farmers' human capital on farm profitability, highlighting the importance of attention to detail and attitudes towards learning in achieving financial success.
