Join the CresCine Producers Club!

CresCine is focused on working with and for film producers to strengthen the European Film industry. As part of this work, film producers are invited to join CresCin’es 'Producers Club'’ The club benefits producers in Europe’s small market countries and is funded as part of an EU Horizon project until February 2026.

Throughout 2024, members will be notified about workshops, training courses, festival meetings, and knowledge-sharing and inspiration sessions on private financing, innovative business models, and project development strategy. Engagement with workshops and other CresCine Producers’ Club activities will inform the allocation of exclusive club benefits such as film festival accreditations.


Schedule

End of January – June  2024, Online


Small group online workshops on project development. The intensive and innovative training will frame and better focus your finite time and effort to help increase your effectiveness and potential for success. The tools you will be provided and taught to use will help structure your current project and future projects, including how to quickly appraise novel ideas and consider market-driven approaches for your project.     

Mid-February 2024, European Film Market, Berlinale

Preliminary research results are presented at the Berlinale (and online).
Based on CresCine's preliminary results on the skills gap and core needs of the European film industry in small markets but also outcomes from the initial workshop, selected producers present their case studies of novel and innovative projects.

Mid May 2024, Marche Du Film - Festival de Cannes

Seminars on private financing during Marché du Film at Cannes Film Festival

CresCine presents two events on private financing at the Marché du Film in Cannes 2024:
An open session on innovative film financing with key film funding players.
And a closed producers' roundtable discussing opportunities and barriers to accessing new finance models.
Industry leaders moderate both sessions.

May/June 2024 - Online


Following previous stages of development, mentoring is offered to help your projects increase their funding opportunities, market attractiveness, and potential.

End of November 2024 - Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event

The final workshop on project development strategies during the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event summit of the Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn. Results from the training in project development strategies and expectations for future Innovative business models are presented and discussed, and conclusions are drawn on drivers of competitiveness and innovation for producers from small European countries.


*Complementary accreditations for physically attending these festivals are limited, and not all CresCine Producer Club members may be offered accreditation for each festival. Accreditation allocation will be prioritized based on engagement with the Producer Club activities.
